Customer Care Coordinator

Job description

Here at TDM we are currently recruiting for a Customer Care Coordinator to work for a well established family run construction company in Stansted, Essex.

 

Requirements:

- 2 years customer facing experience, preferably within a construction company

- Confident, personable team player with excellent communication skills and attention to detail

- Self motivated and a passion for providing first class service 

 

Responsibilities:

- You will be the first point of contact for all inbound enquiries

- You will record, respond and resolve all inbound customer care enquiries

- You will manage the diary of Customer Care Operatives and will coordinate subcontractors 

- You will process and invoice orders and account enquiries in a timely and efficient manner

-You will maintain an up to date record of all works completed by sub contractors 

 

This role is paying between £21,000 and £27,000 dependent on experience. There are opportunities to earn quarterly and annually bonuses based on personal and company achievements. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am-5:30pm.
