Job description

We are currently working with one of the leading names in new homes looking for a Customer Service Manager to join them out of their offices in Hook, Hampshire.

On offer is a basic salary of £45,000 plus package (car allowance/company car, bonus, pension, health care etc).

You will be a Customer Service or Customer Care Manager currently working for a developer, house builder or contractor and will have a strong and experienced understanding of construction/house builder policies rules regulations as well as NHBC warranties and standards.

You will be expected to travel across the region, with sites in Berkshire and Hampshire. You will have technical knowledge of construction, with the ability to liaise with design, technical and construction to seek resolution to customer issues. You will be very personable, with an adaptable set off communication skills.

You will report into the Head of Customer Service and on offer is a basic salary of £45,000 plus package.

Key requirements

  • Customer Service or Customer care experience with a developer, house builder or contractor
  • Very personable
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Understanding of construction/house builder policies rules regulations and NHBC warranties and standards.
  • Able to travel to sites across the region
  • Full clean UK driving license
