Job description

We are recruiting for an experienced Customer Support Executive to join an industry leading retirement house builder covering the Buckinghamshire area. 

Offering a base salary of £25k plus with an OTE of £45k working for a company with a clear career progression path.

Duties will include:
- Ensuring smooth sales process of new homes

- Build rapport and establish strong professional relationships with customers/reservists/ homeowners and their families.

- Complete appropriate post reservation paperwork and processes such as, agreeing on solicitors to be used (panel or reservists existing solicitor), completion of Sales Information Forms, run through of the Reservation Process Check-List, explanations of next steps and timescales.

- Liaise with all parties involved, solicitors and reservists’ families and maintain regular contact (at least once a week)

- Liaise with construction colleagues to ensure that the completion deadlines are met.

- Maintain appropriate records, databases and systems.


 The ideal candidate -

- Have new homes / agency sales experience
- Be well presented and very customer service focused
- Be a target driven individual with an ambitious mentality
- Have a Full UK Driving Licence.

Within this role you will be reporting into the Sales and Marketing Manager, the working week will be based on a 7-day rota and hours will be discussed at the point of interview. 
On offer is a competitive package with a basic salary of £25k OTE £45k.
