Job description

I am working with one of the leading super prime residential developers in central London who have completed a number of prestigious and high profile projects over the past 2 years. They cater for the ultra high net worth community and have a very strong brand and design following.

The business has recently taken on a new partner who has invested a considerable sum to accelerate the growth of the business to the next level. Because of this they are looking to appoint a head of Land & Acquisitions who will be responsible for sourcing and buying off and on market schemes in zone 1 - 3.

The business is now in growth mode and is site/ land hungry and wants to buy circa 5-6 new sites a year. The business current has an average selling price of £12m but this is naturally come down a little as they acquire more sites.

You will be an experienced land buyer who has a portable book of contacts in the central London area. You will be extremely well connected in the agency world and be able to bring a number of off market opportunities to the business every year.

You MUST have experience of sourcing sites for the super prime market.

In time the plan is to build a team around you so aspirations and ability to be a director of Land & acquisitions is essential.

Longer term the business is looking to acquire more sites in southern Europe, middle east and the US. You will be involved in growing the company beyond the UK.
