Job description

We are working with a leading residential property developer based in Stratford, East London. The business builds and develops property across the Capital. They ar now looking for a Head of Sales to manage schemes across North London. 

Reporting into the Sales Director, on offer is a package of up to £70,000.  

This role comes with the chance to develop a new region, appointing a team and for an ambitious candidate, there is the chance to progress.

The business has an extensive pipeline and you would manage multiple schemes from cradle to grave, taking on more projects as they come online throughout the year.

You will be a proven sales professional, you will have new homes sales experience working for either a house builder or housing association. You will have managed new homes sites within London, will have experience with selling to owner occupiers and investors. Knowledge of both You will have a strong understanding of sales and marketing strategy and have a clear understanding of the process involved when working with domestic and international agents.

You will report into the Ops Director and on offer is a basic salary of up to £70,000 plus package.

N.B. Only applicants who have the relevant experience in New Homes sales will be considered.

Key requirements:

  • Extensive new home sales experience at management level.
  • Understanding and background of setting strategy and sales forecasting in the new homes industry.
  • Selling on multiple sites across London and the South East.
  • Experience with volume sites and JV projects
  • Proven track record of meeting targets.
  • International sales experience would be an advantage.
  • Very driven and determined to succeed.
