Job description

We are recruiting for an experienced New Homes Customer Service Coordinator to join an industry leading house builder in Basingstoke, Hampshire.

Offering a base salary of £25k + package + excellent benefits working for a company with a clear career progression path.

Duties will include:

Ensure purchaser’s plot file information up to date.
Ensure purchasers and Subcontractors are kept up to date as appropriate
Attend departmental meetings as required.
Ensure all relevant stakeholders are informed of key departmental developments.
Produce accurate and timely job sheets for sub-contractors
Issue contract charge notifications to sub-contractors.


The ideal candidate -

- Have new homes / agency customer service experience
- Be very customer service focused
- Be a target driven individual with the ability to work in a fast paced; high pressure environment.
- Have a Full UK Driving Licence.

This role is based in the regional office and is a Monday - Friday position.
