Job description

We are recruiting for an experienced New Homes Sales Administrator to join an industry leading builder based in Stansted, Essex. This role is offering a base salary of around £22k - £28k, depending on experience. 

Within this role you will:

  • Process all reservations and send out documentation to customers
  • Liaise with external companies and provide data when required
  • Update all sales reports 
  • Process and log all legal documentation on to the company system
  • Complete quarterly market research 
  • Process commission, weekly time sheets from all Sales Executives 
  • Type and circulate weekly and monthly sales meeting minutes
  • Assist the Marketing Manager with setting up new Sales Suites
  • Raise and log invoice queries as requested by the Sales Manager

To be successful within this role the right candidate must;

  • Be able to communicate at all levels internally and externally
  • Have good organisation skills
  • Be self motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Have high attention to detail
  • High standard of personal presentation

Within this role you will be reporting into the Sales Manager/Sales Director, the working week is Monday-Friday 8:30am- 5:30pm.  On offer is a competitive package with a basic salary of around £22k-£28k.
