I have an opportunity to work with one of the premier retirement developers in the built environment in the UK.

We are now recruiting New Homes Sales Negotiators to join them on a newly launched site in Hereford, Herefordshire. On offer is a basic salary of £22,000, and a realistic OTE of £50,000. There is also 1 weekend off in 3!

You will have sales experience in property or luxury sales. You will be a team player but also self-motivated with a target drive attitude. You will have excellent negotiation skills gained from your previous role(s), and will also have a customer friendly attitude. The extent of growth in the area means that long-term career progression will be a given.

Reporting into the Sales Manager, the working week will be based on a 7 day rota. Hours will be discussed at point of interview. 

On offer is a competitive package with a basic salary of £22,000, and a realistic OTE of £50,000.

Please note: only applicants with experience in property or luxury sales will be considered.
