Job description

We are working with a leading residential property developer based in Central London. The business builds and develops luxury property across the capital, with well-known schemes across zones 1 and 2.

Due to an increasing pipeline and a focus on the international market, the business is now looking to appoint a Sales Manager to join the team. 

Reporting into the Head of Sales, on offer is a basic salary of £45,000 basic plus a substantial OTE, car allowance and other company benefits.  

The business has an extensive pipeline and you would manage multiple schemes, taking on more projects as they come online throughout the year.

You will be a proven sales professional, you will have new homes sales experience working for either a house builder or developer. You will have managed new homes sites within London, will have experience with selling to investors (both domestic and overseas) and HNWI. You will have a strong understanding of sales and marketing strategy and have a clear understanding of the process involved when working with international agents.

You will report into the Head of Sales and on offer is a basic salary of up to £45,000 plus package.

N.B. Only applicants who have the relevant experience in New Homes sales for a developer or house builder will be considered.

Key requirements:

  • Extensive new home sales experience working for a developer or house builder.
  • Understanding and background of setting strategy and sales forecasting in the new homes industry.
  • Selling on multiple sites.
  • Proven track record of meeting targets.
  • Very driven and determined to succeed.
