Job description An opportunity to join one of London’s most renowned new homes developers has arisen.

My client is an award winning, design-led developer, specialising in creating stylish schemes across the capital. As their pipeline grows and client base increases, they are looking to strengthen the residential sales team.

Now recruiting for a Sales Consultant to join them on a busy site recently launched in Hampstead, on offer is a basic of £30,000 and an OTE of £60,000 DOE, with fantastic prospects to quickly grow and develop with the company.

You will have experience selling off-plan residential units in the London market, ideally having worked for a house builder or development consultancy and will be familiar with the West London/Hammersmith market .Purchasers are generally HNW or overseas investors, so you will be used to dealing with international and high-profile clients and providing a best in class service.

It is essential you are proactive and can generate your own business and leads, managing the customer from enquiry through to point of sale. You will be adaptable and willing to learn, as well as able to contribute ideas to sales and marketing strategy.

You will be working on a busy and popular scheme so you will need to be tenacious, driven and well versed in property sales with a genuine interest in the London market. New homes sales experience in London is imperative to be considered for this role and you will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets in your current/previous role.

Reporting into the Sales Manager, the salary is up to £30,000 basic and an OTE of £60,000 DOE. The company offers fantastic opportunity for progression and rewards on merit. 
You will be based on-site in Hammersmith and working hours will include weekends. The rota will be discussed at point of interview.

Key requirements:

Experience in New Homes Sales.
Knowledge of the London property market.
Business development and lead generation skills.
Understanding of the legal processes involved with new homes sales.
