Job description

We are working with a leading developer who are known for creating high spec new homes some of the most sought after locations across the UK.

As new schemes are launched, they are looking to recruit a Sales Manager to run sites across the Chiltern region. On offer is a basic salary of up to £50,000 plus package.

Reporting into the Sales Director, you will be responsible for the management of sites across the region, ensuring performance of Sales Consultants, launching sites, producing reports and working closely with the Head of Marketing to gain maximum exposure.

You will have new homes sales experience as a Sales Manager, working for another housebuilder and you will be looking for a new challenge.

You will be able to manage multiple sites and know how to set sales and marketing strategy. You will be driven, motivated and able to work autonomously as well as part of a team.

You will report into the Sales Director and on offer is a basic salary of up to £50,000 plus package. Based out of head office in Uxbridge, you will be required to travel to sites across the region (Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Bedfordshire) as and when required.

Only applicants who have experience in New Homes sales and who have worked for a retirement developer or housebuilder will be considered.

 Key requirements:

  • Extensive new home sales experience.
  • Career experience at management level for a retirement developer or house builder
  • Understanding and background of setting strategy and sales forecasting in the new homes industry.
  • Experience of managing new homes sites.
  • Experience in land appraisal and pricing
  • Able to motivate and manage on site sales staff
