Job description

We are working with a leadinf retirement develop looking to add to their sales team due to expansion and an increasing pipeline, the Sales Director is looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to cover multiple sites across the region. 

Reporting into the Sales and Marketing Director, the role pays up to £65k basic plus a generous OTE of £85k bonus, car allowance/company car and other company benefits.

You will be expected to achieve sales targets and sites stretch across Hertfordshire, Hertfordshire and Cambridgeshire. The incoming Sales Manager would run 4 live sites, responsible for recruiting, training and managing on site sales teams. 

You will ensure the presentation of all sales sites are at high standard and will have experience in orchestrating launches. Your reporting skills will be strong and you will be tasked with regularly providing the Sales Director with reports and updates. 

It is essential you have 2 years minimum experience as a Sales Manager for another retirement developer or house builder.

New homes sales experience at management level is essential to be considered.

Key requirements:

New homes sales experience at management level for 2 year min
Currently working for a house builder or developer
Knowledge of the new homes property market
Experience managing, mentoring and motivating a team
Report writing skills
Motivated, driven and hungry for success
Team player and keen to develop and learn
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Clean and valid UK driving licence
