Job description

We are working with a leading house builder who develop high spec product across the UK. Due to a very successful year, they are looking to appoint a Sales Manager to run sites across a large region, stretching between Berkshire, Hampshire, and Wiltshire.  On offer is a basic salary of up to £55,000 and a projected OTE of £90,000 plus package.

The company is rapidly expanding across the southern home counties and this role comes with the chance for future progression. 

You will be responsible for 3 high volume schemes and manage additional sites as more projects came online throughout the year. Due to the spread of sites, you will be based between locations and will be expected to travel between sites.

It is essential you will have extensive new homes sales experience with a house builder, as either a Sales Manager or a Senior Sales Consultant looking for a step up.

You will have lead and managed teams of Sales Consultants on sites and motivated, coached and developed staff to achieve targets set. You will have a strong understanding of sales and marketing strategy and site set-up and presentation. You will have experience selling high volume sites. 

It is essential you have strong organisational skills and are able to manage your time effectively. You will need excellent people skills and be able to lead and manage teams remotely. 

You will report into the Sales Director and on offer is a basic salary of up to £55,000 plus package.

Only applicants who have the required experience in New Homes sales and who have within new homes will be considered.

 Key requirements:

  • Extensive new home sales experience with a house builder as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Consultant.
  • Understanding and background of setting strategy and sales forecasting in the new homes industry.
  • Ability to manage, coach and develop a team of on site sales staff remotely
  • Excellent report writing skills.
  • Very organised and motivated.
  • Proven track record of meeting targets.
  • Very driven and determined to succeed.

You will be rewarded with a generous basic salary of up to £55,000 plus bonus, car allowance, millage and other  group benefits.
