Job description An opportunity to join the residential sales team of a leading international property agent has arisen.

My client is an award winning, high profile development consultancy who specialise in selling prestigious property across the capital. Working with a design-led new homes developer, the scheme they are instructed on in East London is a multi-phase, high-volume site, based in the Docklands. 

They are now recruiting for a Project Sales Manager to lead the on-site sales team. On offer is a basic of up to £50,000 and an OTE of £70,000 DOE, with fantastic prospects to quickly grow and develop with the company.

You will be a current Sales Manager or Senior Sales Consultant with experience selling off-plan residential units in the London market, having worked for a house builder or new homes agent and will be familiar with the East London market. Purchasers are generally HNW or overseas investors, so you will be used to dealing with international and high profile clients and providing a best in class service.

You will be a natural leader, have managed sales staff on site before, be able to produce sales and marketing reports, as well as able to contribute ideas to strategy. 

You will be working on a busy and popular scheme so you will need to be tenacious, driven and well versed in property sales with a passion for the industry. It is essential you are proactive and can generate your own leads.

New homes sales experience in London is imperative to be considered for this role and you will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets in your current/previous role, as well experience leading a team and driving performance.

Reporting into the Head of Sales, the salary is up to £50,000 basic and an OTE of £70,000 DOE. The company offers fantastic opportunity for progression and rewards on merit. 

You will be based on-site in the marketing suite based in the Docklands. The working rota will be discussed at point of interview. This role is permanent.

Key requirements:
