Job description

We are working with a high-end privately owned house builder. The business builds and develops property across the home counties. Based in Berkshire, they build across the county as well as in Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Surrey and Kent.

Due to expansion and an increase in activity they are looking to appoint a Sales Manager to run sites across the regions. You will travel between sites and head office is in Berkshire. On offer is a basic salary of £55k plus package. 

The business has an extensive pipeline and you would manage multiple schemes as more projects came online throughout the year. You will be a proven sales professional; you will have new homes sales experience as Sales Manager and you will be looking for a new challenge.

The product is high-end and it is imperative you have experience with the upper-end of the market. Site presentation, an eye for detail and a 'polished' approach are essential. You will be hard working, with the ability to manage the site from inception to completion and be a solid closer. 

You will have experience managing multiple sites. You will have a strong understanding of sales and marketing strategy and have a clear understanding of the process involved when working with agents as well as managing direct sales staff.

You will report into the Sales Director and on offer is a basic salary of up to £55k plus package

Key requirements:

  • Extensive new home sales experience at management level for min 2 years
  • Understanding and background of setting strategy and sales forecasting in the new homes industry.
  • Selling on multiple sites.
  • Proven track record of meeting targets.
  • Very driven and determined to succeed.

N.B. Only applicants who have experience in New Homes sales at managerial level will be considered.
