Job description

We are recruiting for an experienced Sales Progressor to join a leading luxury property developer in Hampstead London.  

Offering a base salary of £25k plus DOE

Duties will include:

-Respond to phone and website enquiries and introduce prospective purchasers to respective estate agents. Maintain record of enquiries for sales department.

-Coordination with internal teams and external consultants to provide all documentation required by the solicitors to enable them to compile a comprehensive set of papers in anticipation of the launch of developments.

-Responsible for creating and maintaining a live and comprehensive database of sales and sales progression activity for all developments.

-Generate reservation forms on sales agreed, ensuring signed copies and reservation fees are received in a timely manner.

-Supply details of all reservations to solicitors for contracts to be prepared.

-Rigorous process management of the end to end conveyancing process.

- Liaise effectively with all stakeholders in the process, working closely with estate agents and solicitors from point of reservation to ensure completions as quickly as possible.

-Uphold regular contact with clients and update the database accordingly.

-Exchange forecasting through careful tracking and managing of the sales progression pipeline.

-Providing weekly sales progression updates to Sales Manager/Directors.

-Answer all purchaser queries throughout the process liaising with construction/design teams to do so where relevant.

-Liaise with customer care department to schedule completions, keeping track and ensuring the snagging and handover process is taking place in good time.

Within this role you will be reporting into the Sales Manager, the working week will be based on a 5-day week, Monday – Friday.
