An opportunity to join the sales team of a leading national house builder has arisen.

 

Our client is a renowned new homes developer, who are well known for their high-end London projects. They are looking to strengthen the sales team on a prestigious development in Hampstead, North West London, and are currently recruiting for a Senior Sales Adviser.

 

 On offer is a basic of £30,000 and an OTE of £60,000 DOE, with fantastic prospects to quickly grow and develop with the company.

 

 You will be an experienced new homes Sales Consultant/Senior Sales Consultant having sold off-plan residential units in the London market, having worked for a house builder/new homes agent and will be familiar with Prime Central London/high-end market.

 

Purchasers are generally HNW or overseas investors, so you will be used to dealing with international and high profile clients and providing a best in class service.

 

 You will be target driven, have worked closely with agents, have generated and managed customer relationships and contributed ideas to sales and marketing strategy. You will be working on a prestigious scheme so you will need to be used to consultative sales techniques. It is essential you are proactive and can generate your own leads.

 

 New homes sales experience in high-end London is imperative to be considered for this role and you will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets in your current/previous role, as well experience with high-end developments. 

 

 Reporting into the Sales Manager, the salary is up to £05,000 basic and an OTE of £60,000 DOE. The company offers fantastic opportunity for progression and rewards on merit. 

 

You will be based on-site in the marketing suite based in Hampstead. The working rota will be discussed at point of interview. This role is permanent.

Key requirements:

  • Experience in New Homes Sales (18 months minimum).
  • Knowledge of the London property market.
  •  Business development and lead generation skills.
  •  Experience with HNW clients 
  •  Understanding of the legal processes involved with new homes sales.
  •  Motivated and driven.
  •  Team player and keen to develop and learn.
