Job description

We are working with a leading residential new homes developer, renowned for creating quality homes across London and its surrounding areas. 

With a large residential scheme due to launch shortly in Chigwell, Essex, they are looking to employ a Senior Sales consultant to join the team on a busy site. On offer is a competitive package of up to £30,000 basic plus an OTE of £55,000.  

This opportunity would suit an experienced Sales Consultant looking to take a step up, or a current Senior Sales Consultant. 

You must have experience in new homes sales either currently working for a developer, house builder or estate agent selling new build. 

You will be driven, self-motivated, a team player and willing to learn and contribute to sales and marketing strategy. You will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets in your current/previous role.

A Sales Consultant will report into you and you will look to recruit and expand the team as other phases are launched. 

You will be based on-site in the marketing suite in Chigwell. The working rota will be discussed at point of interview. This role is permanent.

Reporting into the Sales Manager, on offer is a basic salary of up to £30,000 plus an OTE of up to £55,000.

It is imperative you have experience in new homes sales and only those with the relevant experienced will be considered.
