Support Administrator (Maternity Cover)

Job description

We are recruiting for an experienced Support Administrator to join an industry leading PLC house builder based in Sevenoaks, Kent.

This is a contract role - maternity cover for at least 9 months within the business.  

To be considered, you MUST have experience working in administration and working in a fast paced admin environment.  Duties for this role will include -

- Diary Management

- Staff rotas

- Taking minutes from management meetings

- Prepare agendas and meeting packs

- Support the marketing team

On offer is a fantastic package, with a basic salary of £23,000 DOE plus benefits.

Please note: knowledge of the new homes industry would be advantageous but not essential.

Key Requirements:

Organised; methodical approach to work

Ability to multi task and thrive in a fast paced environment

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)

Excellent communication skills

Be able to start a new role on 1 x week's notice

Please note - Occasional travel to other sites will be required so candidate must have access to their own transport.
