I joined tdm recruitment in September 2021 following a career in the insurance industry as a credit control manager. This is my first time as a recruiter and proof that you can teach an old dog new tricks.

Since starting I have enjoyed two promotions in six months after finding my footing within the Land and Planning team.

When I’m not recruiting I can be found on the sidelines of Dover RFC where I’m the Senior Team Manager after playing for the club for 20 years since I was 12 years old when I represented Kent.
