Experienced Recruitment Consultants

We always welcome approaches from experienced recruitment consultants, both within the property specialism and from generalist recruiters. We recruit from Recruitment Consultant up to Principal Consultant level. Although we may not always have active roles advertised on our website, we are always interested in speaking with experienced professionals looking for new opportunities, particularly those knowledgeable within the construction and residential property industry, so if you are unable to see a vacancy online, please do still contact us.

Recruitment Process for Experienced Recruitment Consultants

  • Stage 1 Search TDM for Internal Recruitment Consultant vacancies, or get in touch via LinkedIn
  • Stage 2 Send in your CV and information on your experience for reviewing, alongside a telephone conversation.
  • Stage 3 Invite in for first stage interview (all interviews within TDM are two stage minimum).
  • Stage 4 Second stage interview with Associate Director and MD.* 
  • Stage 5 Formal job offer.
  • Stage 6 Acceptance of job offer, paperwork, contract and official documentation sent out.
  • Stage 7 Start at TDM.

*A comprehensive discussion of our benefit structure will be undertaken at interview stage.
