Job description This client always aims to deliver outstanding quality of life for their clients by understanding the requirements of contemporary living. They work to the highest of standards, delivering sites to time and cost from their desired designs to smoothly manage the process to enrich the developments surroundings. They are keen to speak with Assistant Site Managers that have a background that reflects the company’s image and reputation. 
My client always sets out clear career paths, being a determined individual would be ideal to match the clients desire for fast growth and development. Ideally the client is looking for an Assistant Site Managers to manage their own sections and be accountable for a large part of the build, reporting into a Senior Site Manager. You will be responsible for several duties, reporting the progress of the build and supporting the team on the ground. 
As the assistant Site Manager, you will be responsible for Health and Safety and this must be a clear priority throughout your new homes career. The ideal candidate will have 3 years’ minimum experience having spent most of their time managing new homes sites. The ideal Assistant Site Manager will have experience on 50+ unit sites, the site has longevity and possibility of close by locations after completion. 
The ideal candidate will have:
• CSCS Black Card
• First Aid at Work
• SMSTS
• 2 x Work related references
• Proof of National Insurance number

Candidate requirements: 
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the construction industry
• Excellent personal skills as well as strong communication skills
• Process driven and solutions focused
• Able to work to tight deadlines
• Ability to work well in a team
