Job description For over 50 years this regional developer has been constructing high spec, contemporary homes in Surrey. They have slowly build up a fantastic reputation in the region and have recently seen a peak in growth and development. Their attention to customers, health and safety and high standard sets them ahead of their competitors and they are looking to strengthen their team in terms of an Assistant Site Manager. 
The sites are planned for stunning locations with ideal transport links and range from 2-5 bed build high spec family homes. You will be responsible for several duties, reporting the progress of the build and assisting the team on the ground. 

The ideal candidate will have 3 years’ minimum experience having spent most of their time managing specific areas of projects. The perfect Assistant Site Manager will come from a residential homes background, with traditional build and capable of managing sites to high spec quality and up to 30 units. 

The ideal candidate will have:
• CSCS Black Card
• First Aid at Work
• 2 x Work related references
• Proof of National Insurance number

Candidate requirements: 
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the construction industry
• Excellent personal skills as well as strong communication skills
• Process driven and solutions focused
• Able to work to tight deadlines
• Ability to work well in a team
• £52,000 + car allowance/car & bonus.
• The possibility of extended work onto other projects
