They work to the highest of standard, specification and finishes from their desired designs to smoothly manage the process to enrich the developments surroundings. 
My client always sets out clear career paths, being a determined individual would be ideal to match the clients desire to evolve. Ideally the client is looking for an Assistant Site Managers to manage their own sections and be accountable for a large part of the build, reporting into a Senior Site Manager. You will be responsible for several duties, reporting the progress of the build and supporting the team on the ground. 
The ideal candidate will have 3 years’ minimum experience having spent most of their time managing specific areas of projects self-sufficiently. The ideal Assistant Site Manager will have experience on 100 unit sites as this is a volume build. The site has longevity and possibility of close by locations after completion. 
The ideal candidate will have:
• CSCS Black Card
• First Aid at Work
• SMSTS
• 2 x Work related references
• Proof of National Insurance number

Candidate requirements: 
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the construction industry
• Excellent personal skills as well as strong communication skills
• Process driven and solutions focused
• Able to work to tight deadlines
• Ability to work well in a team
 
Benefits:
• £50,000 + car allowance/car & bonus.
• The possibility of extended work onto other projects
