Job description The client is a well-established, regional residential developer with 90 years’ experience in the industry and still to this day family run. The clients solid earnt excellent reputation doesn’t just come from customer satisfaction, it is also their build distinction, endorsed by the NHBC. The southern region won multiple awards this year and the client is looking to expand their Management teams to remain successful. 
They are seeking an Assistant Site Manager with at least 3 years’ experience with another major house builder and either built to traditional and timber build schemes would be favorable. 
There are multiple sites upcoming in the Berkshire county area and the client always builds to high spec. The sites are all beautifully placed with great transport and logistic links. 150 units and the opportunity to see the site from concept to completion, with sections independently managed by the successful candidate. 
The Assistant Site manager will be responsible for the health and safety of all on site, first aid and tool box talk so required qualifications are necessary. Assisting the Project Manager reporting about the build program and progress of the site is also an important role for the Assistant Site Manager. 
The ideal candidate will have:
• CSCS Black Card
• First Aid at Work
• 2 x Work related references
• Proof of National Insurance number

Candidate requirements: 
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the construction industry
• Excellent personal skills as well as strong communication skills
• Process driven, and solutions focused
• Able to work to tight deadlines
• Ability to work well in a team
• £55,000 + car allowance/car & bonus.
• The possibility of extended work onto other projects
