Job description My client is well known for building award-winning homes across the country in key locations, this region, regarded one of the best out of the 44 they operate in is now looking to expand due to demand. Known for taking on projects that create new homes in desirable locations and communities with customer care as a top priority, my client is looking to speak with Assistant Site Managers with experience in new homes to reflect their superior reputation. 
The client is looking for the Assistant Site Manager that is process driven and solution focused with a proven ability to manage time and cost-effective processes. 
The successful Assistant Site Manager will already be competent in traditional and timber builds with a proven background in maintaining high standards of health and safety, customer care and team work. The ability to work well within a team is important to the client and good communication is key for the Assistant Site Manager role.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years’ minimum experience with a proven track record of working to tight deadlines. 

The ideal candidate will have:
• CSCS Black Card
• First Aid at Work
• SMSTS
• 2 x Work related references
• Proof of National Insurance number

Benefits:
• £50,000 + car allowance/car & bonus.
• The possibility of extended work onto other projects
