Job description The client is renowned for building expertly-crafted new homes for over 40 years in the industry they are creating a work force to ensure future fast paced growth and development. The opportunity arises as they are strengthening the management team to continue their award-winning reputation. The client will only construct with care and dedication, they offer training and development to ensure the whole site team, customers and stakeholders are pleased with the end result. This region is regarded as one of the most successful and with multiple sites pending start dates my client is keen to speak with Assistant Site Managers to see a site from start to finish. 
The sites are very well managed, reporting to a Senior Site Manager and the sites are always around 50 units or phased to be 50 units. This requires an Assistant Site Manager with 3 years’ experience in house building. 
Understanding in timber frame and traditional build schemes would be valuable to the client as the pending sites are a mixture from 1-4 bed new homes. 
The successful candidate will receive an attractive salary of £50,000 PA + car/ allowance, an attractive bonus and the possibility to move up to other sites after completion. 
The ideal candidate will have:
• CSCS Black Card
• First Aid at Work
• 2 x Work related references
• Proof of National Insurance number

Candidate requirements: 
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the construction industry
• Excellent personal skills as well as strong communication skills
• Process driven and solutions focused
• Able to work to tight deadlines
• Ability to work well in a team
