Job description My client has over 70 years of experience building new homes, they have gone from being a small family run business, into one of the UK’s most successful house constructers. With over 2,000 direct workforces, my client is viewing to increase their team in the form of an Assistant Site Manager.
You will report directly into the Project Manager and work collaboratively with other members of the site team to ensure project completions are finished on time, to budget and to expected quality. 

The successful Assistant Site Manager will already be competent in traditional and timber builds with a proven background in maintaining high standards of health and safety, customer care and team work. The ability to work well within a team is important to the client and good communication is key for the Assistant Site Manager role.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years’ minimum experience with a proven track record of working to tight deadlines. 

The ideal candidate will have:
• CSCS Black Card
• First Aid at Work
• SMSTS
• 2 x Work related references
• Proof of National Insurance number

• £50,000 + car allowance/car & bonus.
• The possibility of extended work onto other projects
