Assistant Site Manager

Job description The client is well known for being extremely successful and multi award winning, with hundreds of developments up and down the country, this region (regarded as one of the most successful) are looking to strengthen the team, in the form of an Assistant Site Manager. 
As the Assistant Site Manager, you will directly report to the Site Manager. You will be responsible for several duties, reporting the progress of the build and assisting the team on the ground. The ideal candidate will have 3 years’ minimum experience having spent most of their time managing specific areas of projects. The perfect Assistant Site Manager will come from a residential homes background, with traditional and timber frame schemes over 50 units on a site. 
The ideal candidate will have:
• CSCS Black Card
• First Aid at Work
• SMSTS
• 2 x Work related references
• Proof of National Insurance number

Candidate requirements: 
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the construction industry
• Excellent personal skills as well as strong communication skills
• Process driven and solutions focused
• Able to work to tight deadlines
• Ability to work well in a team
 
Benefits:
• £40,000 + car allowance/car & bonus.
• The possibility of extended work onto other projects
