Job description The client is a well-established, regional residential developer with 70 years’ experience in the industry. The clients well earnt honorable status doesn’t just come from customer satisfaction, it is also their build quality, recognised by the NHBC. The southern region won numerous awards this year and the client is looking to growth their management teams to continue their accomplishments in new builds. 
My client always sets out clear career paths, being a determined individual would be ideal to match the clients desire to evolve. Ideally the client is looking for an Assistant Site Managers to manage their own sections and be accountable for a large part of the build, reporting into a Site Manager. You will be responsible for several duties, reporting the progress of the build and supporting the team on the ground. 
The ideal candidate will have 3 years’ minimum experience having spent most of their time managing specific areas of projects self-sufficiently. The ideal Assistant Site Manager will have experience on 100 unit sites as this is a volume build. The site has longevity and possibility of close by locations after completion. 
The ideal candidate will have:
• CSCS Black Card
• First Aid at Work
• SMSTS
• 2 x Work related references
• Proof of National Insurance number

Candidate requirements: 
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the construction industry
• Excellent personal skills as well as strong communication skills
• Process driven and solutions focused
• Able to work to tight deadlines
• Ability to work well in a team
 
Benefits:
• £40,000 + car allowance/car & bonus.
• The possibility of extended work onto other projects
