Job description

Building quality-focused homes in Oxfordshire for over 40 years, the client takes pride in every house they build. They are looking for an Assistant Site Manage to keep that quality and focus at the heart of a new site. The client understands the ever-changing needs in new build requirements, delivering a customer experience that accolades every year because of the features, benefits and options they provide customers. 


The client is keen to speak with a career focused individual from a new homes background to assist the Senior Site Manager on a 70 unit, high spec forthcoming site. Ideally the client is looking for an Assistant Site Managers to manage their own sections and be accountable for a large part of the build. You will be responsible for several duties, reporting the progress of the build and supporting the team on the ground. 


The ideal candidate will have 3 years’ minimum experience having spent most of their time managing specific areas of projects self-sufficiently. 
The ideal candidate will have:
• CSCS Black Card
• First Aid at Work
• SMSTS
• 2 x Work related references
• Proof of National Insurance number

Candidate requirements: 
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the construction industry
• Excellent personal skills as well as strong communication skills
• Process driven and solutions focused
• Able to work to tight deadlines
• Ability to work well in a team
 
Benefits:
• £50,000 + car allowance/car & bonus.
• The possibility of extended work onto other projects
