Job description

An outstanding opportunity for an Assistant Technical Coordinator to join a national PLC house builder in the Bristol area. You will be working on a variety of residential projects across the Gloucestershire and Somerset areas on anything from 40 units up to 400 units in size. As Assistant Technical Coordinator, you will be reporting in to the Technical Manager and be responsible for assisting the technical team in the management and delivery of technical information.

You must be a hard working, ambitious and career driven who is willing to learn from those around them.

  • Experience working on residential projects either at another house builder, developer.
  • Individuals from architectural practice or engineering consultancies will be considered and as such will be the perfect move as training and support will be offered.
  • Ambitious and career driven with the willingness to learn.
  • Up to date UK building regulation knowledge.
  • A calm and collected individual who is good at problem solving.
