Job description BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT NEGOTIATOR - NEW HOMES - NORTH & SOUTH LONDON - £29,000 - £50,000. 

I am working with a new build and conveyancing expert throughout London to secure a Business Development negotiator. Head office is based in City of London but you will be travelling to new homes developments throughout North and South London. 

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the New Homes Business Development team. My client is a hugely successful and growing Estate Agency that rewards and recognises excellence.
 
As a New Homes Business Development Negotiator, you will need to:

- Identify and book instruction opportunities through calls to existing developer sites and head offices
- Achieve all business development objectives and targets agreed with line management
- Accurately record all identified clients and potential sites on the system
- Develop and demonstrate an effective pitch as to why clients should instruct your company 
- Ensure that all contact with Land & New Homes/ potential clients is conducted in a professional and confident manner.
- Build and develop strong relationships with branch staff to encourage referrals

The ideal candidate will:

- Have previous estate agency or new homes experience
- Be target driven
- Be able to work effectively within a team
- Be motivated and enthusiastic at all times
- Display high standards of service and presentation
- Have good organisational skills
