Job description.

A leading housebuilder is looking to onboard a Customer Care Coordinator to be based at head office in Gravesend, Kent. On offer is a basic salary of up to £33,000.

You will be the first point of contact for customers and assist purchasers moving into their new home, arranging the repairs of any remedial items that may arise and provide support to the Head of Customer Care. 

You will correspond with customers and look to deliver 5* customer service at all points of the process. You will appoint maintenance operatives to attend to defects, liaise with the site teams, record all communication via CRM and produce reports for senior management.

Duties:

• Responding to incoming queries. 

• Coordinating repairs. 

• Liaising with customers and dealing with any queries. 

• Delivering a 5* customer journey at all times

• Updating weekly reports and distribute to relevant personnel. 

• Administrative support

 

It is essential that you have experience in a customer service or customer care role with a housebuilder or residential developer to be considered for this role. You will have worked as a Customer Care Coordinator or Customer Service Coordinator and are used to dealing with customers in a professional manner. 

On offer is a basic salary of up to £33,000. The role is Monday to Friday and you will be based at head office, in Gravesend, Kent.
