Job description

I am currently recruiting for a Customer Care Coordinator for a leading House builder in Bristol.  Within this position you will be reporting to the Head of Customer Services, working within the Customer Care Team, this role is paying a base salary of up to £26,000. 


My client strives to provide a great level of service to their customers.  This role would suit a candidate with experience in customer services from a house building / construction background or from a housing association/property management.

 
Key Responsibilities:

- Ensuring that customers receive a first class level of service
- Dealing with any concerns they may have upon moving in and 14 day call back stage and throughout the contractual warranty period. 
- Address customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism. You will need to be clear in your communication on what actions will be taken to resolve any issues that arise
- You will need to arrange for issues to be inspected and then to place orders with various sub-contractors
- You will need to liaise with internal departments, site management, technical, commercial and sales teams to gain information to provide great customer service. 
- The role will involve telephone contact, email and letter writing as part of your day to day tasks. 


 Experience and Qualifications:

- Knowledge and experience in a customer service role in an office environment is essential. Working in a team is essential.

-Previous experience within the construction industry, new homes, housing association or property management company

- Organisation skills are required as you are working to set deadlines
-A positive outlook and a personable nature will be vital to the role as communicating effectively with customers, sub-contractors and internal colleagues
-Knowledge of the new homes industry / construction and relevant experience in a customer service environment is desirable.

Working days: Monday- Friday

Working Hours: 8:30am- 5pm (4pm on Fridays!)

Salary: Up to £26k depending on experience
