Job description

Here at TDM we are recruiting for a Customer Service Co-ordinator to join a leading housebuilder in Broxbourne. On offer is a base salary of up to £28,000 dependent on experience.

Duties to include:

Logging all defects reported by customers during the build warranty.
Arranging inspections by management teams and maintenance teams
Escalating serious issues to senior members of the customer service team
Liaising with all sub-contractors and applying and processing charges where possible
Dealing with issues reported out of hours within 24 hours
Ensuring completion communication with all new purchasers, and identifying issues

Experience required:

Previous experience working in a customer service environment.
Knowledge of defect management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience dealing with difficult customers
Experience managing diaries effectively and delegating workloads.
