Job description.

We are currently working with one of the leading names in house building looking for a Customer Care Manager to join the team in on site in Faversham, Kent.

On offer is a basic salary of up to £40,000 plus package. You will be a Customer Service or Customer Care Manager or Customer Care Coordinator currently working for a developer, house builder or contractor and will have a strong and experienced understanding of construction/house builder policies rules regulations as well as NHBC warranties and standards. This role would also suit a Site Manager or Assistant Site Manager with customer facing experience in house building.

You will be predominantly based at head office and will be expected to travel across the developers Kent based sites. You will have technical knowledge of construction, with the ability to liaise with design, technical and construction to seek resolution to customer issues. You will be very personable, with an adaptable set off communication skills.

You will manage external maintenance contractors.

It is essential you have worked within house building or construction in customer care. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.

You will report into the MD and on offer is a basic salary of up to £40,000 plus package.

Key requirements

  • Customer Service or Customer care experience with a developer, house builder or contractor
  • Experience managing a team
  • Very personable
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Understanding of construction/house builder policies rules regulations and NHBC warranties and standards.
  • Able to travel to sites across the region
  • Full clean UK driving license
