Here at tdm, we are currently working with one of the leading names in house building looking for a Customer Care Manager to join the team Berkshire.
On offer is a basic salary of up to £50,000 plus package. You will need to currently be a Customer Service or Customer Care Manager or a Customer Care Coordinator currently working for a developer, house builder or contractor and will have a strong and experienced understanding of construction/house builder policies rules regulations as well as NHBC warranties and standards.
You will be based at head office and will be expected to have experience in complaint handling whilst having a sound technical knowledge of construction, with the ability to liaise with design, technical and construction to seek resolution to customer issues. You will be very personable, with an adaptable set off communication skills.
You will manage external maintenance contractors.
It is essential you have worked within house building or construction in customer care. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.
You will report into the Head of Customer Care and on offer is a basic salary of up to £50,000 plus package.
- Customer Service or Customer care experience with a developer, house builder or contractor
- Experience managing a team
