Customer Relations Manager

Southampton

£45,000 plus package

 

I am currently recruiting for a leading, high-spec developer looking for a Customer Relations Manager to join a thriving region. Paying £45k plus car allowance and package. Based on site near Southampton, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility required to work the odd Saturday or flex in the evenings when customers need support.

 

5* customer journey is paramount to the developer. You will be involved from exchange to post completion, dealing with options and extras, home demo’s, hand overs and the relationship until the customer satisfaction survey arrives. N.b. this will not be managing defects as this is handled by customer care.

 

This post would suit someone in a Customer Relations role with a house builder at present, or, a Sales Negotiator with excellent customer service skills looking to move to a Monday to Friday role.

 

Duties will include:

  • Ensuring regular communication with customers to maintain and form a close relationship is formed. Adding personal touches to service where possible. Update customers in line with internal timings on the anticipated completion of their new home. This would include video updates, area updates, market updates.
  • Ensuring customer systems are kept up to date and customers are actively encourage to use meeting minimum sign up rates and a log in rates.
  • Coordinating all customer requirements and enquiries via the customer or their appointed third party agent.
  • Conducting site visits and development tours on an appointment only basis.
  • Collating customer intelligence for the business in anticipation of legal completion and working closely with the Sales Progression team.
  • Work closely with the Customer Service Manager and Customer Service Coordinator to maintain continuity from the sales stage of the journey through the legal completion and into the first months of the warranty period.
  • Managing the customer choice selection process and any customer extras. Ensuring forms are submitted to site prior to cut-off date and default selections submitted to sales for unsold units. 
  • Work closely with the Customer Service Manager and Customer Service Coordinator to maintain continuity from the sales stage of the journey through the legal completion and into the first months of the warranty period.

Due to the location of this role it would suit candidates based in Southampton, Hedge End, Winchester, Salisbury and Basingstoke  – This role will pay a basic of up to £45,000 plus package
