Job description

We are working with a leading new homes developer based in St Albans with sites across Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire who are looking to recruit a Customer Service Manager. On offer is up to £50,000 basic plus bonus, car allowance and package

You will be highly experienced in customer service in the housing sector, either having worked with a housebuilder, developer contractor or housing association as a Customer Care Manager. You will have a sound working knowledge of managing the customer journey process and will have good technical knowledge of the construction process for new homes.

You will manage the customer journey for both retail and business customers, upholding a high level of service throughout all stages of the process. You will work closely with other internal departments so it is essential you are a team player. You will be responsible for creating a new customer charter.

You will report into the Managing Director and on offer is up to £50,000 basic plus bonus, car allowance and package. 

Key requirements:

* Experience in customer service with a new homes developer, housebuilder, contractor or housing association.
* Customer focused approach.
* Commercial awareness.
* Technical knowledge of the construction process for new homes.
* Results oriented.
* Evidence of positively driving business change.
