Job description

An outstanding opportunity for Deputy Branch Manager to join a leading award winning national estate agency in Kent. 

You will cover the areas of Tunbridge Wells and the surrounding villages.

The package is offering up to £23,000 base salary (D.O.E), plus a realistic and achievable OTE of £38,000 (which is uncapped) plus outstanding benefits on top.

The successful candidate will have a proven background already as a Deputy or Assistant Branch Manager or for an individual who has exceeded themselves at Senior level who is looking to take the next step up. As Deputy Branch Manager you will step in when the Branch Manager is away or unavailable so you must be a confident individual who can step up to the plate and oversee the team. You will take meetings, lead and motivate those around you, help train more junior members of the team and help shape their futures within the business. You will keep up to the current market conditions in your area and be an expert of house prices and advise those around you. You will also be targeted with generating leads and more importantly win instructions and valuations of prospective vendors. You will also need superb negotiation skills gained from previous roles in the Estate Agency sector to achieve the most for your clients.

Key Requirements:

  • You MUST have Estate Agency experience already.
  • A proven track record of valuations of properties and winning instructions.
  • Already at Deputy/Assistant Branch Manager level or an exceptional individual with proven experience of managing a team who is looking to take the next step. 
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to sell property to potential buyers.
  • A self motivated individual who is driven by hitting targets.
  • A well presented, likeable individual who can also work as part of a team.
  • Current and valid UK driving license.
