Are you a talented Development Manager with a proven track record and a successful career in London Property Development? Are you looking to push your career to the next level and join one of London’s Top Build-to-Rent Developers?
A Build-to-Rent Developer with a huge pipeline of developments in the planning system are looking to bring in an experienced Development Manager with experience in working on projects in excess of 200 apartments. They currently have a Development team made up of 10 people from different professional backgrounds such as Planning, Acquisition and construction so you will be joining a team with an outstanding support network. Team are an outgoing bunch who enjoy the social elements of London life, so they have a very good working culture and a very strong rapport in the team.  


Responsibilities:
Undertake in depth due diligence, Feasibility appraisal & preparing bid documentation for potential new site and development opportunities.
Effective financial management of Development appraisals.
Oversee the full development process from site acquisition, planning and construction phases.
Preparation of planning briefs – Working closely with all professional parties including Planners, Architects, Engineers in a professional manner ensuring clear and transparent outcomes.
Preparation and submission of planning applications for residential and mixed-use schemes.
Build & maintain strong relations with local planning authorities.
Establishment of commercial & Project budgets.
Negotiation of section 106 agreements and other legal aspects.

Qualifications:
Degree in Real estate, Estate Management, Planning or other relevant qualification.

Relevant Experience:
Proven track record of delivering either BTR, Residential, or Mixed-use developments cradle to grave.
Sound knowledge of the development process and solid ability to deliver the submission of planning applications.
Ability to produce report and presentations for senior board.
