Are you a talented Development Manager with a proven track record and a successful career in the London Property Development? Are you looking to push your career to the next level and join one of London’s most respected Partnership Developers?

An award-winning Partnerships Developer are on the lookout for an ambitious forward-thinking individual to come and join their Development team at their offices based in East London.

They currently have solid team of 10 people working across several Partnership schemes across the London and after 2 new projects recently announced they are looking to bolster the team. You will be overseeing one of the new developments from an early stage. This is a project in excess of 400 apartment. 

Responsibilities:
Undertake in depth due diligence, Feasibility appraisal & preparing bid documentation for potential new site and development opportunities.
Effective financial management of Development appraisals.
Oversee the full development process from site acquisition, planning and construction phases.
Preparation of planning briefs – Working closely with all professional parties including Planners, Architects, Engineers in a professional manner ensuring clear and transparent outcomes.
Preparation and submission of planning applications for residential and mixed-use schemes.
Build & maintain strong relations with local planning authorities.
Establishment of commercial & Project budgets.
Negotiation of section 106 agreements and other legal aspects.

Qualifications:
Degree in Real estate, Estate Management, Planning or other relevant qualification.

Relevant Experience:
Proven track record of delivering either BTR, Residential, or Mixed-use developments cradle to grave.
Sound knowledge of the development process and solid ability to deliver the submission of planning applications.
Ability to produce report and presentations for senior board.
