We are currently recruiting for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join a leading developer. The vacancy is to be based in Uxbridge. This role is offering a salary up to £35,000. 

Main duties will involve:

·         Work closely with the Sales Managers to become an ambassador and super user of the company website.

·         Manage the day to day upkeep of the website and suggest new ideas for its development.

·         Ensure new developments are loaded onto the website at the earliest opportunity. Along with ensuring developments have up to date relevant content on the website and work with Sales Managers.

·         Act as an in-house knowledge source for regional and third-party queries.

·         Make minor updates and improvements to webpages using basic knowledge of html/flash/Javascript/CSS

·         Liaise with the appointed Digital and Creative Agencies to support the delivery of digital projects and ensuring Ensure that the PR company regularly updates the news section of website

·         Working with other stake holders within the business to propose and make regular content updates to non-development related content on the website.

·         Be familiar with Google Analytics dashboards and provide analytics insight to support marketing campaigns and wider website activity.

·         Support the companies social media strategy, monitoring posts

·         Act as the central administrator for the long term management of the companies social media channels. Have the ability to post and tweet under the guidance of the Director.

·         Regularly monitor the Companies listings on all portals and google, ensuring they are up to date and meeting best practice guidelines.

·         Assist with the organisation of launches and events as directed

 

Skills required for this role:

 

·         Experience in measuring and analysing online marketing campaigns including: organic and paid search, email, display and social

·         Experience in updating CMS

·         Strong experience within a Digital Marketing or Web Development support role

·         Knowledge of PPC and SEO

·         Basic HMTL coding skills

·         Basic Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator

·         Excellent communication and people skills

·         Ability to work as part of a team, alone and with people of varying levels of seniority

·         Ability to work to deadline and prioritize workload

·         Meticulous attention to detail

·         Excellent IT skills: Microsoft Word; Excel; Power Point etc.

·         Some knowledge of the construction, house building or property sectors
