Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Branch Co-ordinator to join a successful Estate Agent based in Braintree, Essex.


The role of the Branch Coordinator is to support the Branch Manager by ensuring all administrative duties related to the Sales & Lettings are completed in an orderly and timely fashion.  Below is a list of your core duties. You will report directly to the Branch Manager.


On offer is a basic salary of £17,000.



  • Provide administrative support as directed by Branch Manager.
  • Prepare and send out correspondence as required to clients, customers and third parties by way of letter/email/text/telephone.
  • Download and send online portal property performance reports to negotiators/clients.
  • Prepare window adverts as directed by branch Manager.
  • Support progressor as required.
  • Preparing valuation and comparable packs where required.
  • Loading properties to company software in accordance with company guide.
  • Assist staff by circulating properties for sale/let to applicants as directed by Branch Manager.
  • Raising and sending invoices as required.
  • Assist sales/lettings staff generating property brochures.
  • Maintaining all office literature.
  • Ensure all filing is carried out in a timely and orderly fashion.
  • Maintaining office stationery as required.
  • Assist staff with walk in and telephone enquiries as required.
  • Completion of all misc. office administration.
