I have an opportunity to work as an Estate Agent/Sales Manager with a leading privately owned estate agency in Kent.

You will be covering the Maidstone area as well as the surrounding villages.

The package if offering between £20,000 - £25,000 (D.O.E) plus an uncapped commission on top where the skies the limit!

The successful candidate will be a proven and successful Estate Agent who already has at least 5 years experience behind them and will ideally be at Senior Negotiator or Sales Manager level. The business has gone from strength to strength and is known as a trustworthy and reputable name in the local area which has been built up many years. You will be a likeable, self motivated and outgoing individual who can work on their own as well as a team with a real love for the property market. You will be responsible for generating leads, winning new business, carrying out market appraisals on properties and generally be known as the expert in the area who has superb property knowledge. You will also have the superb opportunity of attending networking and property related events where you can be the face of the business and help brand awareness.

Whilst you always have targets to hit in any sales environment, this will be a breath of fresh air, far from the KPI driven corporates. It would be perfect for someone who wants to make the move from the corporate world or someone who generally loves working for independents. 

Key Requirements:

  • Estate Agency experience of 5 + years. 
  • Already be at Sales Manager level or a strong Senior Negotiator who is looking to take the step up.
  • Be able to win new business and conduct/converting market appraisals in to new business.
  • A likeable and well presented individual who has impeccable customer service skills. Able to exceed expectations of clients. 
  • Experience in sales progression and taking sales throughout the cycle from take on to exchange and completion.
  • To be the face of the business when attending networking and property related events.
  • A self motivated individual who can work alone as well as part of a team.
  • Experience of selling a variety of properties would be beneficial.
