Job description

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Lettings Negotiator for well known business in the town of Chatham in Kent.


This is an incredible position which has become available in the local area for a leading estate agency. The role itself will be more on the senior side of the division and will be looking after all of your new business as well as managing a lettings negotiator internally.


This role has heaps of progression within the role and will be added onto the fast track - management scheme.

For this role duties will include:

- Assisting managing the office in the manager's absence
- Mentoring and training junior members of the team
- Conducting rental valuations efficiently
- Contribute to marketing and canvassing with ideas and help execute

- Attending viewings with your customers

- Liaising directly with the vendors and agree terms


Key requirements: 


- Have estate agency experience or sales experience

- Experience and understanding of lettings legislation.
- Be confident using Computer systems
- Be very customer service focused and sales orientated
- Be well presented
- Have a Full UK driving license


This position is for a Senior Lettings Negotiator in the busy Chatham area.

The company offer regular internal competitions for all of the sales staff with vouchers, bottles of bubbly & much more on individual targets as well as office targets.
