Job description.

Salary: £23,000 – £30,000 DOE, plus OTE (approx. £30,000 – £50,000)

the position In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting residential and commercial real estate professionals including house builders, property developers and development investment/ agencies. We will provide you with the tools, resources and mentoring you will need to be able to successfully handle clients, candidates and manage key accounts. 

tdm operates in a very autonomous fashion so we don’t have weekly KPI meetings as there are no KPI’s. Instead, you will be running your own business unit within tdm and given all the assistance you need including a supportive team as well as a resourcer to assist you in sourcing candidates.

key responsibilities include:•    360 recruitment – client through to candidate management •    Supporting junior consultants within the team•    Headhunting passive candidates on the market for specific roles•    Social media and email marketing using our CRM system Vincere & following the brand guidelines •    Candidate generation and qualification

Our team at present earn above the approximately OTE and a few are earning over £100k + per annum.

the requirements You will be either be a recruiter with 1-2 years’ experience in any sector but preferably within the property or real estate sector and you should be able to demonstrate successful billing history.  OR you are a recent first-class Graduate in Real Estate Management looking to start your recruitment career and work closely with commercial real estate giants.

key requirements:•    Recent graduate looking to break into the world of property recruitment or you will have 1-2 years of sales experience or estate agency.•    Ambitious and target driven •    Comfortable working autonomously but able to work under direction when required •    An interest in strategic business development and the commercial real estate sector •    Background of working towards targets and succeeding
