Job description

We are working with a leading residential property developer who are looking to recruit a Group Construction & Commercial Director into the business to control quality, programme and costs across projects within the business. The role is based in Hampshire and pays £110k - £130k plus generous package.

You will sit on the board and be responsible for planning the construction & commercial operations within the business within a three year work flow. This work flow / plan will be drawn up by the board.

Taking full responsibility for the delivery of all sites, ensuring they are delivered safely, effectively and to the expected high standard you will also approve all cost implications over and above the set budget and report on this to the board.

As a Director you will be prepare financial forecasts & budgets and ensure these are adhered to, regularly presenting to the board.

Salary for this role is £110k - £130k plus generous package including strong bonus potential.



- A background as Construction or Commercial Director (those with dual roles will be at an advantage).

- Strong H&S knowledge & understanding.

- Man management skills and the ability to lead teams to produce an outstanding product.

- Degree level qualifications are preferable, HNC at the least.

- Professional qualification in quantity surveying would be an advantage. As would membership of RICS or CIOB.
