Job description

Our client is a renowned developer who have multiple projects across the UK, with sites across the UK. They are looking for a Head of Aftercare to run sites across Essex, Suffolk, Norfolk, Hertfordshire and Warwickshire. 

Reporting into the Customer Service Director and managing a team, on offer is a package of up to £60,000. 

The incoming Head of Aftercare will be responsible for all customer relations after sale to occupation, and you will need to work closely with the Sales, Marketing, Design and Construction departments. Head office is in Stratford, but you will be expected to travel to sites across a vast geographical patch.

Reporting into the Customer Service Director and managing a team, on offer is a basic salary of up to £60,000. 

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with queries about the spec of product

• Coordinate the occupation for purchasers

• Create and implement the customer service policy

•Lead a team 

• Liaise with the sales, design, marketing and construction department

• Responsible for upholding relationships with all external stakeholders;

• Reporting on weekly activity

Key requirements

• 3 years minimum in customer care working for a house builder or contractor

• Customer focused

• Understanding of construction process and defects;

• Experience managing a team

• Professional, responsible and polite with a can-do attitude

• Strong communication skills

• The ability to work autonomously but also as part of a team

• Strong reporting skills;
